It make a differance if you have a gold plated ends vs non-gold plated, you can tell the differance if you pay attention to details. Once we got the new cabel, we plugged it in to the HDTV and Blu-ray player and got an amazing picture. If you are looking for a good HDMI or upgrade from a cheap one, then this is the one to use. I ordered this back in June to use with my HDTV and Blu-ray player. The first cabel we ordered did not work, which I know happens and Amazon was quick to ship another one out.
Both worked fine on first hookup, and have continued to do so after having been disconnected and reconnected in the course of routing them through cable concealment conduit. As far as I can tell, the only difference between these and the $79 cable is $65. system.

I presently have two of these Cables Unlimited premium HDMI cables in my Audio/H.T. They're fully shielded and well jacketed, have gold-plated contacts and molded strain relieved plugs (in 'Gateway Cow' black and white). Good thing the TV has 3 HDMI inputs; I guess I'm going to need another one of these cables.
One connects my Philips CD/DVD player to the 1080p TV.the other for the HD cable box. Construction and assembly quality is up anything I've seen for as high as $79.
I will be purchasing this brand from now on. Cable looks good, appears to be made well and is a fair price.
There is no way to have it fix. Like other reviewers, when I unplugged them to move the equipement, the inner portion of the plug stayed with the equipment. Works great. The cable itself is high-quality and seems to be well shielded.
All and all, for the price and quality I would recommend this item no, but they're good quality for passing the HD channels to my TV and they were rugged enough to be passed through the wall. The item is exactly what you'd expect when buying a high end product at a low cost. Are these the best cables you can get.
